I was reading through Stargirl, one of my favorite books.
It’s a kids story about transcendentalism, individuality and love. It’s simply written with beautiful prose about love and life and growing up. I’ve been reading about portrait writing in regards to my experience in India for my internship course in the fall and I felt like it was very pertinent in regards to writing about moving experiences and acknowledging changes in your life. Thoughts?
This was the start of a period that blurs as I try to recall it. Incidents seem to cascade and merge. Events become feelings, feelings become events. Head and heart are contrary historians. – Stargirl
